Date of Transaction: 14^th December 2022.

Number of Shares: 890,000 (eight hundred and ninety thousand) ICG Units, representing 0.52% of the issued share capital prior to purchase.

Price: All purchased at €4.16 per ICG Unit.

These shares will be cancelled.
